The DVD side is a recorder which is great for transferring your old VHS tapes to DVD.
Includes the original remote control with new batteries. The remote is essential for being able to navigate the menus to finalize a DVD so you can play them on any machine Also includes a new HDMI Cable, new A/V Cable, two (2) blank DVD-R Disks, and the instruction manual.
We have tested this machine for DVD recording from a home-recorded VHS video tape and it works perfectly!
