These cogged "timing belts" are 2mm wide like the original, so they work perfectly. I have them custom made to be an exact fit for Sony 200-Disc Carousel CD Changers. They almost never stretch out but can become deformed if your machine has been sitting for many years without being used and take a "set" in one position. This can cause noisier operation when the loading table travels in and out or when the CD pickup is engaged.
