The DVD side is a recorder which is great for transferring your old VHS tapes to DVD. This late model machine was made in 2014, just two years before the very last VCR/DVD combo was ever made.
Includes a new remote control with batteries. The remote is essential for being able to navigate the menus to finalize a DVD so you can play them on any machine. Also includes a new HDMI Cable, new A/V Cable, 2 blank DVD-R Disks, and a printed Instruction Manual.
We have tested this machine for DVD recording from a home-recorded VHS video tape and it works perfectly!
