Toshiba M-754 provides excellent picture quality for a VCR and plays marginal tapes better than most other machines.

This is a true 6-head machine with 6 heads on the video drum (I counted them!). This improves the ability to play tapes recorded in EP modes from older machines that had non-standard 26µ heads. It also has a switch to turn off the 19µ heads to improve the playback of tapes made on older 2-speed (SP and LP) machines. So, if you have a collection of recordings at EP speed from machines made before 1996, then this is the machine for you!
